Unable to Sleep

The below is an excerpt from notes in my phone with my deepest thoughts and revelations…

"Unable To Sleep”

It’s crazy how you forget how exciting emotions can be when you meet someone that is so compatible with you.

You see hope, love, connection, truth in their eyes, just like you once saw in your previous love.

And then.

You start to feel things you forgot you were able to feel,,,, and it scares you.

But you take a leap of faith because you trust that you’ve grown to understand and make better decisions.

The newer you takes a leap of faith.

The older I get, the more I am self aware of myself, my emotions, and the responses of other people.

But it’s sleepless nights like these that remind me how far I’ve come in my journey and how far I have yet to go.
