Birthday Edition

Every moment is a new opportunity to embrace the new you.

I’m officially 26 years old. Yet, I feel like I’m 22. It’s crazy how the older you get, you still feel as young as ever. Life is filled with lows and highs and eventually, your highs become your new lows. But you have to enjoy it all while you can.

It’s been a while since I’ve felt inspired to write, and that’s because I honestly don’t know what to write about. I read somewhere that when you feel uninspired, write. Because when you’re inspired, you create. I often find myself thinking and getting lost in my mind while I listen to music. Jhene Aiko really helps me get through it all.

The truth is all I want in life is peace. Clear mind, clear intentions, and away from all the bullshit that society has created. Maybe it’s good I started writing this blog because I actually wrote out “How to Achieve Peace — Emotionally, Financially, Spirituality” on a piece of white paper. There may be more topics to include, but these are that popped in mind. I’ll share with you the list I wrote out in case it helps you find your own peace.

How to Achieve Peace - Emotionally, Financially, Spirituality.

1.) Come to terms with your past — with your family, friends, and your past relationships. The past is trying to leave so you have to let it go. Build your self-awareness so you’re not projecting your past onto people.

2.) Budget—Stick to the budget. Stick to the plan. Act your wage. Remain consistent.

3.) Be closer to God. — Seek to be closer to God for He created you and knows you better than you know yourself.

4.) Purpose — Find purpose in everything you do.

5.) Friendships — Let if flow. People come and go in life. Always surround yourself with genuine people.

I’ll keep you posted if this helps me achieve more peace in life.

Also,“Blue Dream” by Jhene Aiko helps you be in a peaceful state of mind.
